Apart from the fairy tale view of the sea and the Velebit mountain range, Apartvilla Pag will also provide you with peace and privacy in an isolated position ideal for escaping the hectic hustle and bustle of the city.

Our modern apartment villa, built of natural stone, reflects the traditional Mediterranean flair for dressing up modern luxury.

The luxury, five-star apartment villa sits on an expansive plot covering 800m², and the villa itself has a generous total surface area of 330m² spread over three floors. The property has 6 apartments of 55 m² each accommodating 4 people in comfort. The apartments are decorated in a shabby chic style, and are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities so that you can enjoy your vacation unhindered.

In the spacious, secluded courtyard of the apartment villa you can make use of a large 40 m² heated swimming pool which has a maximum depth of 1.5 m, and a comfortable temperature of 26° C. Next to the pool there is a relaxing heated jacuzzi and an outdoor shower and toilet area. Around the pool there are 10 sun loungers, and in this part of the villa you will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy the shade of the pergolas. The courtyard also has an outdoor kitchen and a large table with space for 8 people. Free parking is also available.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
